MVS nitrogen gas generation plants are skid mounted units, supplied in ready to install condition. Customer only needs to supply electrical power to our gas plant. Nitrogen is produced by either PSA or membrane process, both of which produce nitrogen from atmospheric air. Nitrogen is produced within 5-minutes of the starting the machine.
Nitrogen produced is of 99.9% purity which is also very dry & very suitable for milk packaging. Dry nitrogen packed milk pouches, cartons or retail packs have an increased shelf life when compared to packing in dry air.
Nitrogen produced from our machine is of very low cost, as compared to using nitrogen cylinders. Electrical power is the only requirement & our customers gets ROI in less than 2-years time.
